Okay, the last several weeks have me back to more than I started last time. It’s fine, I’m healthier than I’ve been in a year and ready to start working out again. I’ve been given the go ahead by my doctor and things are ready. I already know I’ve got a lot of ground to cover before the end of the year, but I’m up for the challenge. For the first time in a year, I feel human, healthy, and ready to get to exercising.
Of course, my first week of the Mamavation Move it or Lose It Challenge will be at Romantic Times Book Lovers Convention. I can’t promise I’ll be perfect, but I’ve got time on my side, literally.
Because I’m going from Central Standard Time to Pacific, I’ll be up early and will have time to walk on the treadmill prior to any workshops. As for extra motivation, I’m going to meet the founder of Mamavation tomorrow.
Yeah, I’m annoyed I’m starting over, but it’s fine. I’m still here and still moving ahead, which is always a great place to start.
Hopefully meeting Leah will be a nice shot of “get yourself going” to last you through your goals. Kick butt in MiLi!
That’s cool on both the convention and meeting the founder. 🙂 What will the two of you be doing? Exercises or just hanging out? Way to go on planning for the event, you are already looking at it positively and stating you can exercise while being there. 🙂 I think that’s a great step. I know temptation is harder at conventions or meetings, so good luck.
